About Jenny
Hi! Welcome to the Jenny Eleni Health space.
My journey into manual therapies began in 2004 when I first trained in Remedial Massage in Melbourne. Over the years, this foundation expanded through the study of gentle hands-on therapies, including Bowen, Reflexology, Eastern healing practices, and movement-based approaches.
Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life through work in integrative health clinics, community settings, and palliative care environments. These experiences have shaped a deep appreciation for the healing potential of touch, presence, and human connection.
Alongside clinical practice, I have spent many years educating practitioners through workshops, professional training programs, and online education. Through this work, I have been fortunate to teach and learn in different parts of the world, including Spain, Brazil, and Argentina.
I have also presented at international fascia congresses and continue to nurture my passion for teaching.
Whether working one-to-one with a client or teaching a classroom of practitioners, my intention remains the same: to help people better understand themselves, reconnect with their bodies, and experience greater ease and wellbeing.
Jenny Petridis
A practitioner, educator and lifelong student of healing.
At the heart of my work is the creation of a space—physically, emotionally, and energetically—where people can reconnect with themselves and return to a greater sense of balance and wholeness.
This is supported through skilled therapeutic touch, gentle movement, body awareness, and practices that honour both modern understanding and traditional healing wisdom.
Over time, these experiences, influences, and observations naturally evolved into the creation of the Jenny Eleni Soma™ Method—a unique approach to healing that brings together therapeutic touch, embodiment, and the belief that the body holds an innate capacity for restoration and change.
At its core is a simple philosophy:
Touch is the medicine.
