ElderHeal™

Touch Therapies for elderly wellbeing

ElderHeal™ is a bodywork therapy created by Jenny and inspired by east and west healing techniques to bring comfort, ease, mobility, connection and quality of life for the aged. It is a seated practice which uses techniques inspired by various methodologies Jenny is highly skilled in, including (but not limited to!) Bowen Therapy and Remedial rehabilitation techniques – all imbued with spiritual and energetic principles and practices. This blended soft tissue technique is gentle for both the receiver and the giver, requiring only a pair of capable hands, compassion with the intention to heal and foster connection.

Remedial & Holistic

ElderHeal™ uses the precise and gentle soft tissue manipulations of the Bowen Technique, the reflex points of Reflexology, acupressure, lymph massage techniques and remedial rehabilitation techniques – interwoven with energetic practices and spiritual principles.
