A new branch of my healing work –The Soma Series– under the Jenny Eleni Soma umbrella: Short, transformative workshops in conscious bodywork and touch therapies for healing and wellness, authentic beauty and deep human connection.

The Soma Series can be a doorway to professional training in the Jenny Eleni Soma Method and/or courses that align and fulfil the students’ passion for learning touch therapies as an adjunct to their practice, an introduction to bodywork or a stand-alone bodywork practice!

The Pearls: What you'll learn

A 1-day, in-person immersion in therapeutic, restorative touch techniques for the face – drawn from 20+ years of practice in soft tissue therapies, fusing east + west traditions, and a healing philosophy that sees beauty as something that begins within at the quantum-cell level.

Learn a variety of techniques applied to the face & head, including:

  • Lymphatic flow techniques
  • Fascia release and Bowen-inspired moves
  • Acupressure, tapping and touch sequences for circulation and radiance
  • My own Torque Techniqueβ„’ – a unique spiralic soft tissue method
  • The foundations of the Soma Method bodywork – blending science + soul.
