Jenny Eleni Soma™ is a blended bodywork practice, using a carefully selected variety of soft tissue techniques, including an adaptation of the Bowen technique, with elements of acupressure, Reflexology, Thai massage, movement practices, remedial massage techniques, and Energy medicine.
Jenny Eleni Soma™ is a healing experience – the fundamental core of this practice which underlines every aspect.
The healing experience is for the client and practitioner and does not aim to fix but rather, influences the optimal health-giving terrain of the body to heal; creates connection between the practitioner and the client; initiates a dialogue through the mindful tactile or verbal inputs whilst offering varied stimulus to the body for its own integration and response…
This is done with a flexible framework of tactile manoeuvres that allow the practitioner/student the freedom to also intuit and apply the varied techniques for the best possible outcome.
The body will then receive, interpret, prioritise and respond with physiological changes, emotional changes and spiritual awareness.
